Custom Guarantee & Production

Each pair of veteran boots is individually printed and assembled upon ordering. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for precision printing, crafting, and multi-point quality inspection prior to shipment. If your boots arrive with any print errors or defects, contact our support team within 14 days for a free, prompt replacement.

Production:

After the purchase, the processing time is about 7 – 9 business days because each product is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.

Returns:

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. For blank products, we can usually offer an even exchange or a refund. The delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

Modify:

Once you finish payment, the order cannot be modified.
